A 501(c)(3) Nonprofit founded in 2026 by Chattanooga neighbors Blake Wright and Edward Hewitt, in honor of Judy Luthe.
Our Vision
Working through an ethos of reciprocity, Luthe Land Legacy strengthens community, works toward food sovereignty, and creates education and small business opportunities while providing unbridled access to nature for all.
We create spaces where people can come as a hungry little bear gathering a snack on a short jaunt through the woods, mend the fallow land, and re-tune to nature's frequency.
"We work towards the vision of a land that rejoices in the abundance of the earth."
- Blake Wright, President of Luthe Land Legacy
Board of Directors
Stewardship isn't a single decision. It's a practice - something you choose again at every meeting, every planting season, every hard conversation about how to spend a limited budget. The people below keep choosing it, because they believe Chattanooga deserves a place where land and neighbors can take care of each other.
