Luthe Land Legacy is working to create a framework that would “rent” the terrace to the individual who can then pass it down to family or other inheritors*. As long as the land is used for farming, it will be held by the initial holder of the terrace. If land sits unused for a year, land would be ceded back to Luthe Land Legacy to be redistributed to an East Lake resident.

*no unfriendly plants like kudzu and no poisons are allowed to be used or planted.
