East Lake is changing fast. The 17 acres adjacent to the 2 we already hold are not on the market yet, but they will be if we can’t get the funding.
Once they're gone, they're gone. There's no path to acquiring them later at a price that makes sense, and no realistic alternative site that gives us what this one does. This is a rare alignment of a willing seller, usable land, and a community ready to show up.
We've already done the work of securing the first 2 acres and building the relationships. What we need now is support from the people and communities who will benefit from Farm Park down the road.
